I love oats and I am one of the lucky coeliacs not to have problems with them as I know a percentage do (do make sure you buy gluten free oats though). These are the easiest cookies to make in the world – melt some butter, stir it into the mix, roll into balls and bung in the oven! The smell that emanated from the oven was gorgeous and I had to try one as soon as they came out – it was delicious! It had that lovely home cooked taste and would be perfect with a cuppa! I was going to sample just one before the girls arrived but failed…. way too moorish!
I am not going to lie, I am a sucker for straightforward recipes requiring minimum effort as I can be a tad lazy and the more complicated the recipe the more that can ultimately go wrong. A couple of weeks ago the lovely team at Delicious Alchemy reached out to me and wondered if I would like to try some of their range. Uhhh yes please! Yesterday I had some girlfriends coming round and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to whip up some sweet treats. Step in Delicious Alchemy and a foolproof recipe.
Delicious Alchemy have a range of fab products that can be bought online and through the month of May they are offering free shipping with the code coeliac15. They also have some lovely recipes that are worth a gander 🙂 I will just add that I love their packing too!
